Bangkok Art and Culture Centre opened in July 2008 with aims to create a meeting place for artists, to provide cultural programmes for the community giving importance to cultural continuity from past to contemporary, as well as to open new grounds for cultural dialogue, networking, and create new cultural resources from both the public and the private sectors. Since founded, Bangkok has been regarded as an operational base on the international art scene.
Its exhibition and performance spaces has been the places for art, music, theatre, film, design and cultural/educational events. You can also find cafes, commercial art galleries, bookshops, craft shops and an art library at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. Opening hours are between 10 am – 9 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.
